Usage |
All kinds of heavy exudative wounds.
1. Chronic Wounds: Such as venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers (bedsores), or diabetic foot ulcers.
2. Post surgical wounds: in surgeries where significant fluid accumulation is expected (e.g., abdominal, orthopedic, or cardiac surgeries), super absorbent dressing can handle the exudate and keep the surgical site protected and dry.
3. Skin grafts and donor site: These sites may produce significant amounts of exudate while healing, making super absorbent dressings ideal for maintaining a moist environment while managing fluid output.
4. Acute Wounds: Like post-surgical wounds, traumatic wounds, or burns, which can also have significant fluid output.

Instructions for use
|
1. Clean the wound with a gentle saline and Pat the wound dry with a sterile gauze pad.
2. Choose the right size, make sure the dressing is large enough to cover the wound entirely but not excessively large.
3. Open sterile pouch bag and take out super absorbent dressing.
4. Put super absorbent dressing in wound and use medical tape or gauze bandage to fix.
5. When absorption is saturated, it is suggested to change the dressing timely.

Precautions |
1.Before use, the wound shall be thoroughly cleaned and the wound edge skin shall be wiped dry.
2.A supper absorbent dressing about 2cm wider than the wound edge shall be selected to ensure cover wound entirely.
3. When absorption is saturated, it is suggested to change the dressing.
4.Super absorbent dressings, particularly thicker ones, may cause excessive pressure on the wound if they are applied too tightly, leading to impaired circulation or further tissue damage.
5.Some patients may be sensitive to the materials in the dressing, such as adhesives or fibers, which can cause irritation, redness, or an allergic reaction.
