Exhibition Recap: Lagos WHX Medical Exhibition 2026
From June 2 to June 4, 2026, our team successfully attended the Lagos Medical Exhibition, one of the most influential professional medical trade events in West Africa. Centered on medical disposable consumables, we showcased our core product lines and conducted face-to-face communication with local distributors, hospital procurement personnel and medical industry practitioners from Nigeria and neighboring West African countries. The exhibition delivered practical market insights and stable potential cooperation resources for our further layout in West Africa.
On-site Product Display
We focused on displaying our mature and market-oriented medical disposable products that fit local clinical and market demands, covering four core categories:
Medical wound dressings
Medical adhesive tapes
Colostomy bags
Gauze swabs & lap sponges.
All displayed products are manufactured in strict accordance with ISO13485 quality standards and CE certification requirements, with stable quality and complete compliance documents. During the exhibition, we demonstrated the actual performance of products including the absorption capacity of wound dressings, skin-friendly adhesion of medical tapes, leak-proof and odor-filtering performance of colostomy bags, and the cleanliness and air permeability of sterile gauze products. Intuitive on-site displays helped visitors fully recognize our product advantages and stable batch consistency.
Market Communication & Practical Feedback
Different from online communication, the offline exhibition allowed us to obtain first-hand and authentic market feedback. Most local buyers stated that high-quality, cost-effective and compliant disposable medical consumables are in long-term short supply in the West African market.
Local medical institutions and distributors have strong demand for standardized wound care products and basic surgical gauze supplies. Meanwhile, they put forward clear practical requirements for product certification, packaging specifications, trial order flexibility and after-sales support. Many visitors consulted detailed product parameters, quotation terms and import document requirements, and confirmed follow-up sample testing and order cooperation intentions.
Exhibition Achievements & Follow-up Plan
This exhibition achieved pragmatic and effective results. We accumulated a number of high-quality local customer resources, including medical trading companies, clinic procurement terminals and regional distributors, and reached preliminary cooperation intentions with multiple clients for sample verification and bulk procurement.
In the follow-up work, we will actively follow up all intended customers, sort out targeted product solutions according to local market demands, complete sample delivery and technical document docking in a timely manner. Meanwhile, we will further optimize product packaging and order policies suitable for the West African market, and lay a solid foundation for long-term stable market development and localized cooperation in West Africa.
This Lagos medical exhibition is a valuable opportunity for us to deeply understand the West African medical consumable market. We will keep focusing on product quality and service optimization, and continuously expand reliable cooperative partnerships in the West African region.
